That's How I Roll Skating Party Invite by Jamie Cripps

Hi guys!  It is Jamie back with you today sharing a super fun invite that I created with my Circut Imagine!  This card can be changed up quickly just by adding a different sentiment on the banner!  How cute would this be for a birthday card even!

Tutorial for Card:
1.  Using the Cricut Imagine More Cartridge, select the “That’s How I Roll” image.
2.  It will appear on your mat on the screen.  Use your stylist and touch the image.
3.  This will bring up a box.  Select  the “pencil” shape to edit.
4.  Click on the “Layers” icon in the top left corner then change the size to 6.0 and click “apply”.
5.  You should see a large gray box and skates on your screen.  Click the “Back” button.
6.  Move your cursor behind the skates and click the “backspace” button until all items are removed except the skates.
7.  This is what your screen should look like.  Click “Next”.
8.  Click on the pair of skates.
9.  Click the copy button in the lower right corner of the edit screen.
10.  Once you have the two skates, click on the “back” button again.
11.  Find the “That’s How I Roll” image again and click the plus sign to add and click “next”.
12.  You will have two pages.  Click on the large gray box with your stylist.
13.  Choose the pencil to edit the image.
14.  Click on the “Layers” icon in the top left corner then change the size to 1.5 and click apply.
15.  With your stylist, select the small pair of skates.
16.  Press the red circle with a dash in it to delete the small skates.
17.  This is what your screen should look like.  Click “Next”.
18.  Press “Go” with your stylist, following the instructions on the screen.
19.  The Imagine machine will begin printing.
20.  Once the printing is done, the machine will begin cutting.
21.  You should have all of these images on your mat when finished.  Pull up the white paper then remove the items.
22.  Individual items shown.
23.  Cut a piece of white cardstock to 5-1/2” x 11” and fold to create a 5-1/2” by 5-1/2” card.  With the Tim Holtz Distress Ink by Ranger in Antique Linen, place ink on a craft mat.
24.  Use the Tim Holtz blender to pick up the ink and in a circular motion, carry the ink on to the card.
25.  Make sure to cover the majority of the card so it will look similar to this photo.
26.  Adhere the stripe border against the right edge of the card.  Trim if needed.
27.  Adhere one set of the skates as shown.
28.  Place foam adhesives squares on the back of the second set of skates and adhere directly on top of the first set.
29.   Use foam adhesives (cut if needed) to adhere the title as shown.
30.  With the white notebook border, cut the piece in half (about 2-1/2”).  Cut a long triangle into the bottom edge as shown.  Use a stamp or sticker to add the “You’re Invited” and then tie baker’s twine and adhere as shown in the photo.
